WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY:
- Complete a written peer review for each of the remaining classmates in your class.
- Each peer review should be about 1 page and contain comments that are relevant, helpful, and specific.
- Consider comments relating to the following topics:
- Attention-grabber
- Synopsis/Summary
- Reasons for why the author did or didn't like a book/movie
- Evidence from the book/movie supporting the above reasons
- Conclusion
THURSDAY:
- Now that you have chosen your book or movie to review, write a review on it that is 1-2 pages double-spaced.
- It should follow the outline of:
- Introduction:
- Attention-grabber
- Opinion—good or bad movie/book?
- Synopsis (1-3 sentences max.)
- Paragraph 1
- Evidence for opinion
- Paragraph 2
- Evidence for opinion
- Paragraph 3
- Evidence for opinion
- Conclusion
